Grandma’s Shrimp Creole

  1. Sauté shrimp in butter for 1 minute.
  2. Add tomato sauce, lemon, lime, thyme, cloves, red wine vinegar, sugar, wine, Tabasco, celery, scallions and red pepper.
  3. Sauté until shrimp are at fairly moderate heat.
  4. Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper just before serving.
  5. Serve over wild rice blended with fresh parsley.
